#TeamPortlandCommunityTeam consists of Mrs Smith and Mrs Hall. They are responsible for organising all the school events for our school community.

This year these events have included the October Halloween Disco, the Christmas Fayre, the Christmas Bingo, the Valentine's Day disco, our fundraising events, balloon sales, tuck shop, our Community Bonfire Night Extravaganza, our VE Day celebrations and so much more.

Together with the help and support of our staff and a small group of parents, they work together to fundraise for things like trips, school equipment, a sound and light system, games and toys for our Wrap Around Care club, as well as supporting families in need, as and when they need it.

Mrs Smith, behind the scenes, also accesses food deliveries, grants, sponsorships and so much more. 

Our Community Shop is open most days and welcoming all who come. Every Friday we have a  delivery of fresh food, a general selection of store cupboard essentials, hygiene products, nappies, wipes, and so much more.

We have established a busy Uniform Shop, with new and nearly new uniform items, shoes, clothes and a selection of other household necessities donated by our parents and staff.  Both our Community Shop and our Uniform Shop are open to all our families and our wider school community. 

Since April 26 our newest Member Pioneer has joined our team - Mrs Brady Clayton. Brady will join Mrs Smith every Friday afternoon to meet with parents, complete reports, to secure funding bids and to support ~TeamPortland in any way she can - welcome to the team Brady.
